In our quest for the worst offenders in the “This site requires Internet Explorer” game, we came across this note in the original post‘s comments.
Robert Accettura, a Mozilla contributor who wrote the reporter tool in Firefox, encourages us to use it whenever we encounter a broken site:
Before you change the user agent… Since Firefox 1.5, we’ve included a feature called “reporter” for this purpose. Go into the help menu, and select “Report Broken Website” and let us know about it so we can contact the webmaster and show them the list of complaints. If nobody is told about it, it can’t be fixed.
